Roy & Hooper

Roy, Utah is "a great place to live" just as it's town motto states. Bordering Hill AFB and home to Hill's Air Force Museum, you have some pretty nifty neighbors. Roy is home to a diverse population of both military and non-military, and over 600 businesses including grocery stores, medical offices, restaurants, nurseries, gun shops, and pretty much anything else you need. With easy access to I-15 you can get anywhere you want from here as well, but once you're there, why leave! Don't miss Roy Days either - booths, games, parade AND a Salmon Bake!

Hooper, Utah, feels, well, they way you picture a country town should feel - friendly and not too crowded, but remember, big surprises come in little packages. Hooper, pronounced "hu-per," holds one of the funnest festivals around, Hooper Tomato Days complete with a 5K run, volleyball & free throw contests, Miss Jr Rodeo competition and even a dog race.

Roy and Hooper offer a variety of new and older homes both with and without acreage. They have reasonable prices and of course, great mountain views. Most of the land is flat and fairly easy to build on until you get close to the Great Salt Lake. The sunsets over the lake can be breath-taking and give reason to pause and be thankful to live in such a great place.
